We are approved, for our mortgage, by TD Canada Trust. Iris, and not Irish, phoned me up this morning telling me all was OK. So obviously they trust us here too. Cool and another hurdle taken. Only a Home and Septic Tank Inspection to go for the final go ahead. Don't expect any problems though.

Approved!
